do hereby indemnify World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “WSB”) with registration number 2015/221449/07 and all its directors, shareholders, principals, partners, employees, contractors, and agents including any of its group companies from any liability for any loss, damage, death, illness or injury of whatsoever nature (whether direct, consequential or otherwise) that may arise out of any actions and/or activities related to a planned team building, function and/or event hosted by WSB. By choosing to participate, I acknowledge that certain activities involved may carry inherent risks. These risks could include physical activities, outdoor elements, or challenges that may arise during group exercises or other activities, and I accept that as an attendee and/or participant I am responsible for evaluating these risks and taking appropriate precautions. I agree to indemnify and hold WSB harmless in respect of any and all actions, claims, losses, damages or other liabilities arising out of or in connection with such attendance and/or participation. I further acknowledge and confirm I have read and understood the terms of this indemnity form and agree to be bound by the terms hereof.
