By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Lucky Loser competition (the competition) runs monthly and will remain in effect until terminated or suspended by World Sports Betting (the competition period).
2. The competition is run by World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd.
3. The competition is run at the following participating World Sports Betting branches: Sable Square (WC), Brackenfell (WC), Khayelitsha (WC), Parrow (WC), Philippi (WC), Phoenix (KZN), Tongaat (KZN), Durban CBD (KZN), Stanger (KZN), Chatsworth (KZN), Nelspruit (MP), Alberton (GP), Banbury Cross (GP), Maponya (GP), Krugersdorp (GP), Randburg (GP), Edenvale (GP), Fine Arts(GP) and Pretoria CBD (GP).
4. Entry is open to individual entrants in South Africa only, over the age of 18 (eighteen) years – group and company entries are not permitted.
5. Each person is allowed unlimited entries into the competition, provided all the entry criteria as set out in the terms and conditions have been met.

6. Prizes to be won:
   • The prizes awarded in the competition will vary each month. The details of the prizes for each month will be announced at the time of the draw, and the organisers have the right to change the prizes without prior notice.
   • The prize must be taken as-is and as per the specifications allotted to it.
   • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The prize does not include insurance or delivery

7. How to Enter:
   • You must place a bet on any Sports Game or Bet Game in a World Sports Betting branch, for any amount at any participating World Sports Betting branch during the competition period;
   • Enter the competition by
     • Scanning the QR code on the promotional messaging in the branch and complete the entry form online;
     • Visit the promotional competition page at wsbpromos.com/lucky-loser/ and complete the entry form online;
     • Send a WhatsApp to 079 316 2305, with the keyword ‘LUCKY’ + ‘your name’ + ‘ID Number’+ ‘WSB branch’ you are entering from, + your ‘Betslip Coupon Code’.  For example LUCKY, John Smith, 8211041234567, WSB Randburg, #640911234
     • Entrants will need to retain their Betslip as proof of entry.

8. The competition draw
   • The draws for the Competition will occur on different days each month. The specific dates for each draw will be determined at the sole discretion of World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd and will vary from month to month.
   • Live Draw dates will be announced in store monthly following the previous months draw.
   • Four winners will be selected from the list of potential winners during the live draw held in all participating World Sports Betting branches.
   • Winners must be present at the Live Draw in order to claim their prize. In the event that four winners cannot be successfully drawn, prizes will pass over to the next months’ draw.
   • World Sports Betting will require proof of identification to release the prize to the winner, by the potential winner verifying the phone number used to enter the competition.
   • World Sports Betting’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Upon acceptance of the prize by the winners, all risk in and to the prize transfers to the winners, and World Sports Betting accepts no liability for any loss, damage or theft of the prize or any requirements or additional costs associated with the prize.
10. By participating in this competition and accepting the prize, the winners agree to the publication of their name and/or photographs on any platforms that World Sports Betting sees fit. This includes (but is not limited to) print advertising, digital advertising, social media post, and websites by World Sports Betting and/ or any participating partner/s.
11. The competition and the awarding of prizes are held in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, of South Africa and specifically the regulations governing promotional competitions. Any changes required to these terms and conditions in order to comply therewith will be effected without notice.
12. World Sports Betting directors, members, shareholders, partners, employees, agents, or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates, subsidiaries and/or holding companies are not eligible to participate in or enter this competition.
13. All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
14. World Sports Betting reserves the right to reject any entrant/winner from the competition at its sole discretion.
15. In the event of a dispute, World Sports Betting’s decision will be final and binding on all aspects of this competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. World Sports Betting, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries, and/or holding companies are indemnified against and assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, harm or damage to person or property arising from an entrants’ participation in this competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
17. If required by law or for whatever other reason at the discretion of World Sports Betting, World Sports Betting shall have the right to terminate this competition with immediate effect, or vary the terms and conditions thereof, and without notice of such termination or variation to any entrants or winners. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights that they may have against World Sports Betting for any direct or indirect damages and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against either company, subsidiary, or holding company, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants.
18. If World Sports Betting suspects foul play by any entrant/participant/winner, World Sports Betting is entitled to disqualify the participant/entrant/winner with immediate effect. World Sports Betting’s decision regarding this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By participation in this competition, all entrants/winners participating in this competition agree that they do so strictly and entirely at their own risk, and that World Sports Betting, its respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, and/or affiliates, in whole or in part, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death, and/or damage (including, but not limited to, general, consequential or special damages or loss of profits) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising (including, but not limited to, whether directly or indirectly or whether or not by way of negligence) to any person and/or other person (third party), dependents, assignees, executors, trustees, or legal representatives.
20. World Sports Betting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
21. By participating in the competition, you agree to receive marketing communication from World Sports Betting.
