By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The 2024 World Sports Betting Branch Win 1 of 19 generators (the competition) runs from 08:00 on 1 April 2024 until 18:00 on 31 July 2024 (the competition period).
2. The competition is run by World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd.
3. The competition is run at the following participating World Sports Betting branches: Sable Square (WC), Brackenfell (WC), Khayelitsha (WC), Parrow (WC), Philipi (WC), Phoenix (KZN), Tongaat (KZN), Durban CBD (KZN), Stanger (KZN), Chatsworth (KZN), Nelspruit (MP), Alberton (GP), Banbury Cross (GP), Maponya (GP), Krugersdorp (GP), Randburg (GP), Edenvale (GP), Fine Arts(GP) and Pretoria CBD (GP).
4. Entry is open to all South African residents over the age of 18 (eighteen) years.
5. Entry is open to individual entrants in South Africa only – group and company entries are not permitted.
6. Each person is allowed unlimited entries into the competition, provided all the entry criteria as set out in the terms and conditions have been met.
7. Prizes to be won:
   • There are nineteen Red Rhino RHG3000E petrol generators to be won. One generator will be given away at each participating World Sports Betting branch.
   • The prize must be taken as-is and as per the specifications allotted to it.
   • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The prize does not include insurance or delivery.
8. How to Enter:
   • You must place a soccer bet for a minimum of R10.00 (ten rand) at any participating World Sports Betting branch during the competition period;
   • Enter the competition by
     • Scanning the QR code on the promotional messaging in the branch and complete the entry form online;
     • Visit the promotional competition page at wsbpromos.com/generator/ and complete the entry form online;

9. The competition draw
   • World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd will select 1 (one) winner per branch, by means of a random draw which will take place on the 5th August 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter, should an additional potential winner need to be drawn.
10. World Sports Betting shall review the selected winner to confirm that all agreed terms and conditions of the Competition are satisfactory to verify that the selected winners are eligible to win.
11. The potential winners will be contacted by a representative of World Sports Betting no later than 2 business days after the draw date, or as soon as possible thereafter in cases where additional potential winners have to be drawn. Potential winners will be contacted by phone, using the contact phone number/s registered on the potential winner/s WSB account. Three attempts will be made to contact the winner over a 48-hour period. If a selected potential winner is not contactable, a runner-up potential winner will be selected until three potential winners are contacted.
12. World Sports Betting will require proof of identification to release the prize to the winner.
13. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Upon acceptance of the prize by the winner, all risk in and to the prize transfers to the Winner and World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD accepts no liability for any loss, damage or theft of the prize or any requirements or additional costs associated with the prize.

15. By participating in this competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and/or photographs on any platforms that World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD sees fit. This includes (but is not limited to) print advertising, digital advertising, social media posts, and websites.
16. The Competition and the awarding of prizes are held in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, of South Africa and specifically the regulations governing promotional competitions. Any changes required to these terms and conditions in order to comply therewith will be effected without notice.
17. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD directors, members, shareholders, partners, employees, agents, or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates, subsidiaries and/or holding companies are not eligible to participate in or enter this competition.
18. All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
19. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD has the right to reject any entrant/winner from the competition at its sole discretion.
20. In the event of a dispute, the decision of World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD will be final and binding on all aspects of this competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries and/or holding companies are indemnified against and assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, harm or damage to person or property arising from an entrants’ participation in this competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
22. If required by law or for whatever other reason at the discretion of World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD, World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD shall have the right to terminate this competition with immediate effect, or vary the terms and conditions thereof, and without notice of such termination or variation to any entrants or winner. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights that they may have against World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD for any direct or indirect damages and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against either company, subsidiary, or holding company, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants.
23. If World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD suspects foul play by any entrant/participant/winner, World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD is entitled to disqualify the participant/entrant/winner with immediate effect. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD’s decision regarding this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Should the winner, for any reason whatsoever, including any failure/negligence on the part of World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD, its directors, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants, be unable or unwilling to take up the prize before the expiry of the prize then no liability shall attach to World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants.
25. By participation in this competition all entrants/Winner participating in this competition and the Winner’ guests agree that they do so strictly and entirely at their own risk and that World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD, its respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and/or affiliates, in whole or in part, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death, and/or damage (including but not limited to general, consequential or special damages or loss of profits) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to whether directly or indirectly or whether or not by way of negligence) to any person and/or other person (third party), dependents, assignees, executors, trustees or legal representatives.
26. World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
27. By participating in the competition, you agree to receive marketing communication from World Sports Betting (Pty) LTD.
