World Sports Betting, Book A Bet & Win Big 2026 Competition - Terms and Conditions
By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Book A Bet & Win Big 2026 competition (the competition) is an always on competition and may be shortened or extended at the discretion of World Sports Betting.
2. The competition is run by World Sports Betting.
3. The competition is valid in all operating retail branches of World Sports Betting.
4. Entry is open to individual entrants in South Africa only, over the age of 18 (eighteen) years – group and company entries are not permitted.
5. Each person is allowed unlimited entries into the competition, provided all the entry criteria as set out in the terms and conditions have been met.
6. Entrants may NOT win more than once in a 3-month period.

7. Prizes to be won:
7.1. A maximum of five winners will each win a prize in the form of an online betting voucher (Free Bet) worth R1000 (One Thousand Rands) per month nationwide.
7.2. The prize will be issued into the winners WSB online account and must be taken as-is and as per the specifications allotted to it.
7.3. The prize is an online betting voucher (Free bet) worth R1000 (One Thousand Rands).
7.4. The prize does not include insurance or delivery.

7.4.1. Each winner will be called by a World Sports Betting representative to arrange an in-store handover of the prize(s).
7.4.2. Each winner must come to the store to claim/collect their prize.
7.4.3. The Online Betting Voucher (Free Bet) will be credited into the winner’s WSB account within 72 hours of the draw.

8. How to Enter:
8.1. Customers must enter their mobile number when booking a bet on https://book.worldsportsbetting.co.za/sports/football and they must pay for the booked bet at a participating World Sports Betting branch in order to enter the competition.
8.2. Winners who do not have a WSB online account will be required to register an account in order to receive their prize.

9. The competition draw
9.1. World Sports Betting will select five potential winners across all stores, by means of a random draw, to be held on the first workday of each month for the entries received in the previous month.
9.2. The winners are selected from all qualifying bets made on: https://book.worldsportsbetting.co.za/sports/football
9.3. World Sports Betting shall review the selected winners to confirm that all agreed terms and conditions of the Competition are satisfactory to verify that the selected winners are eligible to win.
9.4. Winners will be contacted by a World Sports Betting representative in order to arrange for them to claim/collect their prize.
9.5. Standard Free Bet Terms and Conditions apply.
9.6. A turnover requirement applies to all World Coins received:
- Sports: winners will need to wager 5 (five) times the value
- Casino: winners will need to wager 30 (thirty) times the value.
9.7. Winners who do not have a WSB online account will be required to register an account in order to receive their prize.
9.8. In the event that five winners cannot be successfully drawn, the prize(s) will NOT roll over to the next draw date.
9.9. World Sports Betting will require proof of identification to release the prize to the winner, in the form of a confirmation of the phone number that was used to enter the competition as well as a valid identity document (ID/Passport/Drivers License) to confirm their identity.
9.9.1. Each winner must complete and sign an acknowledgement letter when they collect their prize.
9.9.2. World Sports Betting’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Upon acceptance of the prize(s) by the winners, all risk in and to the prize(s) transfers to the winners, and World Sports Betting accepts no liability for any loss, damage or theft of the prize(s) or any requirements or additional costs associated with the prize(s).
11. By participating in this competition and accepting the prize(s), the winners agree to the publication of their name and/or photographs on any platforms that World Sports Betting sees fit. This includes (but is not limited to) print advertising, digital advertising, social media post, and websites by World Sports Betting and/ or any participating partner/s.
12. The competition and the awarding of prizes are held in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, of South Africa and specifically the regulations governing promotional competitions. Any changes required to these terms and conditions in order to comply therewith will be effected without notice.
13. World Sports Betting directors, members, shareholders, partners, employees, agents, or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates, subsidiaries and/or holding companies are not eligible to participate in or enter this competition.
14. All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
15. World Sports Betting reserves the right to reject any entrant/winner from the competition at its sole discretion.
16. In the event of a dispute, World Sports Betting’s decision will be final and binding on all aspects of this competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. World Sports Betting, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries, and/or holding companies are indemnified against and assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, harm or damage to person or property arising from an entrants’ participation in this competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
18. If required by law or for whatever other reason at the discretion of World Sports Betting, World Sports Betting shall have the right to terminate this competition with immediate effect, or vary the terms and conditions thereof, and without notice of such termination or variation to any entrants or winners. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights that they may have against World Sports Betting for any direct or indirect damages and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against either company, subsidiary, or holding company, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants.
19. If World Sports Betting suspects foul play by any entrant/participant/winner, World Sports Betting is entitled to disqualify the participant/entrant/winner with immediate effect. World Sports Betting’s decision regarding this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. By participation in this competition, all entrants/winners participating in this competition agree that they do so strictly and entirely at their own risk, and that World Sports Betting, its respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, and/or affiliates, in whole or in part, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death, and/or damage (including, but not limited to, general, consequential or special damages or loss of profits) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising (including, but not limited to, whether directly or indirectly or whether or not by way of negligence) to any person and/or other person (third party), dependents, assignees, executors, trustees, or legal representatives.
21. World Sports Betting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
22. By participating in the competition, you agree to receive marketing communication from World Sports Betting.
